Now its the Winter season, so go on and try an activity after proper school, or any other time you have spare.

Now its Autummn so the top things to do this season are:

Read Gardening Greatness every month (thats October and November)

Enjoy the Gardening Discovery School Website

Get Pumpkins ready for Halloween and Harvest Festival
-
Gather old sticks, logs and leaves for Bonfire night
-
Decorate your house and make it spooky
-
Maybe even buy some bulbs and plant them especially commasias, tulips, crocus, cyclamen, snowdrops and all the other Spring or Winter flowering bulbs
-
Get some fireworks
-
Try and sow some summer flowering annuals early to give an extra early flower in spring
-
Start off growing your amaryllis plants and hyacinth-glasses
-
Try and get a bonsai and send a picture to us of it

Send in your gardening photos, tell us what you've grown and also ask questions by emailing jayesh3@hotmail.co.uk -
